Here at TG Creative, we strive for top quality products and excellent customer service. If you do have an error with your order once it arrives, Please reach out to use immediately at info@tgcreative.net. Custom items & vinyl decals are not subject to returns. If you would like to have a return label provided for you, that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

TG Creative uses shipping services via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Once a parcel has been handed off to the carrier, we at TG Creative; have no further control or oversight to the delivery. Any faults with delivery must be promptly taken up with the carrier directly.
We are not responsible for errors in the delivery due to information provided at checkout.
Any lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier and local law enforcement.
While tracking is provided, it should be used as reference only.
