If you do have an error with your order once it arrives, Please reach out to use immediately at info@tgcreative.net. Custom items & vinyl decals are not subject to returns. If you would like to have a return label provided for you, that will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you want to proceed with a refund, The breakdown is as follows:

 

TGC A: Perfect condition. (Unopened & like-new) = 90% refund or 100% store credit. 
TGC B: Re-conditionable. (Packaging opened or damaged) = 80% refund or 90% store credit.        
TGC C: Inability to restock. (Product & packaging both damaged) = 70% refund or 80% store credit. 

Store credits will be issued as a Gift Card which will be sent via email
